Dr. Robert Tippie holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and he is also open to doing phone consultation regarding life consulting and general psychological counseling. Those services, unfortunately, carry some minimum charge. Robert is more than willing to work with you on those charges. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
