Scheduling
* Each therapist may have a complete weekly schedule in the system

· Administration simply sets up the sliding scale and each time a new client's financial information is entered, their billable per hour charges are established
· The software adjusts the client's income against all monthly bills and determines a net weekly available cash amount - the sliding scale plugs into that information automatically for billing purposes
QuikClient Client Management
* The QuikClient Management screen allows the user to see a summary of all information related to a client. Summary information includes: Scheduled appointments, sessions that have transpired, Assessments that have been administered, a list of all session notes, client charges, and client payments.
