| Congregational Affiliation |

| Dr. Tippie has been the leader of a small Messianic congregation called Am Hesed in Chicago Illinois since 2001. This is a home group that worships on Friday nights, study's Torah and fellowships in various other ways. Although he was the primary teacher in the congregation other capable individuals in the congregation regularly have led the Torah study. Dr. Tippie's congregation is non-affiliated with any Messianic organization. |

| Dr. Tippie has been instrumental in aiding other Messianic individuals establish their own Torah study groups throughout the United States. This remains a key element in his ministry and he will continue to expand this venture with the renewed emphasis on student development.
