| General Course Information |
| This is not really a course. It is a research group. The first document below titled "Purpose of the Isaiah Connection Research Group" will give the prospective participant some information. It is expected that there will be email and maybe phone conversations prior to an individual making the decision to participate in the research group. |
| You are strongly encouraged to read the Purpose statement. |
| Prerequisites |
| Email and/or phone discussions with Dr. Robert Tippie to determine if you are a viable candidate to aid in the completion of the Isaiah Connection project. Again, it cannot be overstressed: any marginally interested person should read the Purpose of the Isaiah Connection Research Group document listed below. If an individual has any interest at all, they should immediately contact us regarding their interest. |
| Research Group Materials |
| This "course" is different than the other courses that we are offering. This is not actually a course it is an active research group. All materials that are needed for participation in this research group are contained within the Yahoo Groups website (a private group). As the study continues to move forward, there will be more and more documentation on that site. |

| Purpose for the Isaiah Connection Research Group |
| A Brief Introduction to the Isaiah Connection |
| This is a very brief document that will give the reader some idea of what The Isaiah Connection is about. Further reading of the examples will also help the reader to understand the Isaiah Connection. |
| An Overview of Connections from Isaiah 1 and Genesis |
| This document contains a few of the connections found in Isaiah chapter 1 and the Book of Genesis. This should be considered as an overview of the connections between those two sources. There are many more. |
| An Overview of Connections from Isaiah 66 and Revelation |
| This document contains a few of the connections found in Isaiah chapter 66 and the Book of Revelation. This should be considered as an overview of the connections between those two sources. There are many more. |
| The Proper Order of the Bible Books |
| At the time of the Council of Nicaea, the Books of the Bible were "officially" canonized by the early Roman Church. In a document title the Passover Epistle (later renamed the Easter Epistle) all of the official Bible books were listed. Moreover, that document listed the proper order in which those books should be placed within the completed Bible. |
| That didn't last long, however. Just a few short years later, a dispute arose among the Bishops of the Church. While the Books of the Bible itself did not come under dispute, the order in which those books were to be put in the complete Bible did come under dispute. The result of that dispute reordered the books of the Bible into the present order that we have today. |
| Therefore, the current order of the Bible books is not the original nor the intended order. The Bible is out of its original order. The document link (above) lists the original order of the Bible books as declared in the Passover Epistle. This issue is critical to understanding The Isaiah Connection. Without the books of the Bible in their proper order, the connections between specific chapters in Isaiah and the corresponding Bible books does not work. |
| Classic Connections from The Isaiah Connection |
| This document contains simple connections from the first nine chapters of Isaiah. Each of the connections presents the connecting verse in Isaiah and its corresponding connections in the Bible books. The reader should understand that these are only the simplest of the connections and that nearly every verse in Isaiah connects to its corresponding Book. This document is presented just to give the reader an overview and an example of what connections "look like." |
| Expectations of Researchers |
| It is expected that individuals who participate in this research group will continue to work through the research issues that are being presented on the Yahoo Groups site. It is important for us to complete the Isaiah Connection document as soon as possible. Due to the intensive amount of time that Dr. Tippie will be putting into the correlation of all new materials, there will be a monthly subscription fee for this group. That fee will be agreed upon based on ability to pay with each individual. |
